In our sessions, we work together to explore and heal the effects of trauma, anxiety, anger, and more. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches that are sensitive to the impact of trauma, including Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), as well as tools from DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). My goal is to help you address underlying issues, develop healthy coping strategies, and create lasting change.
